The Soudal Fix ALL range is built around SMX hybrid polymer technology, which combines strong adhesion, permanent flexibility and excellent resistance to weathering into one sealant adhesive. Every product in the range is designed to bond and seal on most common construction materials without primer, including many damp or humid surfaces, and to stay elastic once cured rather than becoming brittle over time. That makes Fix ALL ideal for use in real site conditions where surfaces are rarely perfect and joints are often subject to movement.

From this page you can choose between multi-use products like Fix ALL Flexi, crystal clear options for visible joints, high grab grades for heavy items, rapid setting adhesives for fast turnarounds and a dedicated floor and wall adhesive for full-surface bonding. Many products are also available in 600ml foil packs, giving the same hybrid formulation in an eco-friendly format that reduces plastic waste and provides more material per pack for larger projects. Platinum Chemicals stocks the full Fix ALL range, so you can mix and match cartridges, foil packs and specialist grades to cover almost every bonding and sealing task on a job from one system.

Fix ALL Flexi is the versatile all-rounder in the range, working as a sealant, adhesive and filler in one product. It uses SMX hybrid polymer to deliver strong, permanent bonds with excellent elasticity, so it can cope with vibration and movement in the joint without cracking. Flexi adheres to most common building materials, including wood, metal, masonry, tiles and many plastics, and it does not require a separate primer on most substrates. It is virtually odourless, solvent free and suitable for interior and exterior use, so it is equally at home on a domestic refit or a busy construction site.

In sanitary areas, Fix ALL Flexi earns its place as a kitchen and bathroom sealant adhesive. It contains XS1 fungicide for high mould resistance, can be used around baths, showers and worktops, and can be overpainted with most paints once fully cured so you can blend joints into surrounding finishes. Flexi is also non-staining on porous natural stone, which is important on decorative stonework and tiles. For larger or more frequent work, Fix ALL Flexi is also available in foil packs, delivering the same formulation in an eco-conscious 600ml sausage that reduces plastic waste and provides better value on high volume jobs.

Fix ALL Crystal Clear takes the same hybrid technology and mould resistance as Flexi and packages it in a completely transparent formulation for invisible bonding and sealing. It is designed for situations where the joint or bond line will remain visible and appearance matters, such as bonding glass, acrylic, clear plastics, decorative panels, shower screens and splashbacks. Once cured, the adhesive remains crystal clear rather than turning cloudy, so it blends into the background and lets the surrounding materials take centre stage.

Crystal Clear is food safe, virtually odourless and suitable for both interior and exterior use, making it a strong choice in kitchens, bathrooms and food preparation areas where hygiene and appearance are both important. It adheres to almost all common building materials, including damp and humid surfaces, and contains XS1 fungicide for long term resistance to mould. The foil pack version of Fix ALL Crystal Clear gives the same performance in a 600ml sausage, reducing plastic use by up to 95% compared with traditional cartridges and making it ideal for larger glazing and cladding projects where an invisible elastic bond is required along long runs or multiple panels.

When you need maximum initial grab to hold heavy items without sliding, Fix ALL High Tack is the go-to choice. It is an exceptionally strong hybrid sealant adhesive with very high initial tack, designed to reduce or completely remove the need for temporary mechanical fixing in many applications. High Tack bonds to most construction materials, including masonry, concrete, timber, metals and many plastics, and performs well in all weather conditions, with excellent adhesion even on moist substrates. Once cured it remains elastic, resists movement and vibration, and maintains a durable bond across a wide temperature range.

High Tack is ideal for bonding heavy wall panels, skirtings, battens, thresholds, window boards, stair treads, brick slips, stone sills and many other items where high grab is essential and traditional grab adhesives might struggle. For situations where a clear finish is required, Fix ALL High Tack Invisible provides the same high grab and hybrid performance in a super clear formulation. It offers virtually no odour, primerless adhesion on most construction materials, including wet and damp surfaces, and can be overpainted with many paints once cured. Between the standard High Tack and the Invisible grade you can cover both hidden structural bonds and visible joints where appearance is important, while maintaining the same handling and curing characteristics across the job.

Fix ALL Turbo is the fast-setting member of the range, developed for jobs where you need usable strength within a few hours rather than waiting overnight. It provides very rapid curing, achieving strong bonds within around three hours in many situations, while still offering the flexibility and adhesion you would expect from an SMX hybrid adhesive. Turbo is suitable for both interior and exterior use, can be applied on slightly damp substrates and is available in both 290ml cartridges and 600ml foil packs, giving options for smaller repairs and larger production work.

Fix ALL TurboTack then builds on this concept with a very high initial grab plus fast setting, giving you a combination of instant hold and rapid strength development. It has been developed for modern construction and metalworking environments where speed, strength and reliability are all critical. TurboTack is ideal for fixing heavy components, metal profiles, brackets, signage and other items where you want them to stay in place immediately and reach handling strength quickly so the area can be returned to use. Using Turbo and TurboTack alongside High Tack allows you to choose between maximum grab, maximum speed or a balance of both, depending on the demands of each job.

Fix ALL X-Treme Power EXPRESS is designed for situations where both extreme initial tack and very fast strength gain are required on demanding substrates. It delivers an exceptionally high grab straight from the cartridge, making it suitable for heavy items and overhead applications where you want the adhesive to support the load almost immediately. At the same time it cures rapidly to a strong, elastic bond, so parts can be brought into service quickly without sacrificing long-term performance.

The adhesive offers excellent resistance to weather, UV and many chemicals, which makes it suitable for exterior façades, cladding, architectural features and other exposed details. It remains permanently elastic after curing and adheres strongly to a wide range of materials, although care is needed with certain substrates such as copper, bituminous surfaces and stress-crack sensitive plastics, where compatibility should be checked first. On the Fix ALL hub page, X-Treme Power EXPRESS sits alongside High Tack and Turbo products as the premium choice when you want extreme instant grab combined with rapid curing and long term durability in the most demanding bonding applications.

Fix ALL Floor & Wall Adhesive is a specialist elastomeric adhesive designed for full-surface bonding of flooring and wall coverings. Supplied as a ready to use 4kg trowellable adhesive, it is formulated to give strong, flexible bonds over large areas while maintaining a degree of elasticity to accommodate movement in the substrate and covering. It is suitable for a wide range of materials, including many resilient floor coverings, carpet tiles, tiles, stone and panels, and can also help to fill small gaps and irregularities in the substrate as it is spread.

The adhesive is LEED compliant for low emitting materials, supporting projects where indoor air quality and sustainability credentials are important. It includes fungicide to help resist mould growth in high moisture areas such as kitchens and bathrooms, and is designed to be applied within a typical temperature range of 5°C to 35°C for consistent curing and performance. Used correctly with the recommended trowel and technique, Fix ALL Floor & Wall Adhesive provides a uniform, durable bond that keeps floor and wall finishes securely in place while benefiting from hybrid technology and low odour application.

Several Fix ALL products on this hub are available as promotional triple packs that link into the Soudal Fix ALL Rewards scheme. By choosing selected Fix ALL High Tack, Turbo and Crystal Clear triple packs, you not only get high performance hybrid adhesives in convenient multi-pack format, you also gain access to reward points that can be redeemed for prizes through the Fix ALL Rewards platform. Each promotional triple pack carries a unique code inside the packaging; once registered on the Fix ALL Rewards website, these codes add points to your account which can later be exchanged for a range of gifts and experiences.

For trade users and regular Fix ALL customers this means you can standardise on proven adhesives such as Fix ALL High Tack, Fix ALL Turbo and Fix ALL Crystal Clear while also earning something back on the product you are already using. Platinum Chemicals clearly labels the relevant triple pack Reward promos within the Fix ALL Rewards collection, making it easy to pick out the packs that qualify. Combined with the technical performance of the products themselves, the Fix ALL Rewards triple packs offer a simple way to add extra value to everyday bonding and sealing work without changing the way you specify or use the adhesives on site.

Soudal Fix ALL - Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is Soudal Fix ALL and how is it different from normal silicone or grab adhesive?

A: Fix ALL is Soudal’s SMX hybrid polymer range that works as both a sealant and an adhesive in one product family. Unlike a standard silicone, Fix ALL Flexi, High Tack, Crystal Clear and the rest will bond strongly to most construction materials and stay paintable in many cases. Compared with a typical grab adhesive, they stay permanently elastic, cope with movement and can be used for sealing as well as bonding. That makes Fix ALL a practical core system for many jobs where you would otherwise need several separate products.

Q: What kind of jobs is Soudal Fix ALL best suited to?

A: Fix ALL is designed for mixed bonding and sealing work on most common building materials. Fix ALL Flexi covers general interior and exterior joints and bonds, including many sanitary areas. Fix ALL High Tack and Fix ALL X-Treme Power Express suit heavy items that need very high initial grab. Fix ALL Crystal Clear is ideal where you want an almost invisible joint, and Fix ALL Turbo is used when you need strength very quickly. Fix ALL Floor & Wall Adhesive then takes care of larger bonded floor and wall areas.

Q: Can Fix ALL really be used as both a sealant and an adhesive on the same job?

A: Yes. Every cartridge in the Fix ALL range is formulated to act as a tough, flexible adhesive and a durable joint sealant. In practice that means you can use Fix ALL Flexi, High Tack, Crystal Clear or Turbo to bond components together and then run a finishing bead along edges and joints with the same product. This is particularly useful on frames, panels, trims, sanitary worktops and general construction details where you need both a strong bond and a weather or water resistant seal without changing cartridges.

Q: Is Soudal Fix ALL suitable for both trade and serious DIY users?

A: Fix ALL is primarily a trade range, but it is straightforward for competent DIY users who follow the instructions carefully. The chemistry is the same whether you are a contractor or a homeowner, so you get the same strong adhesion, flexibility and durability. Trade users benefit from the breadth of the range and foil pack options, while DIY users often favour standard cartridges of Fix ALL Flexi, High Tack or Crystal Clear for general projects. The main thing is to choose the right variant for the job and prepare the surfaces properly.

Q: Which Fix ALL should I choose for general sealing and bonding around a property?

A: For all round work, Fix ALL Flexi is usually the best starting point. It is a multi use sealant, adhesive and filler based on SMX hybrid polymer, with excellent adhesion on most materials, internal and external use, mould resistance and non staining behaviour on many natural stones. It can be used in kitchens, bathrooms, general building joints and light to medium bonding jobs. If you regularly need higher initial grab or very fast curing, you can keep Fix ALL High Tack or Fix ALL Turbotack alongside Flexi for heavier items or time critical tasks.

Q: When should I use Fix ALL Crystal Clear instead of a coloured product?

A: Fix ALL Crystal Clear comes into its own where appearance matters and you do not want to see the adhesive or sealant line. It is a crystal clear hybrid that bonds and seals most materials while remaining transparent once cured, which is useful on glass, coloured panels, visible trims, feature lighting, display work and many interior details. It is also food safe according to the product information, so it can be used around certain food related installations where a clear, unobtrusive joint is preferred. If a visible white or coloured bead will spoil the look of the job, Crystal Clear is usually the right choice.

Q: Where does Fix ALL High Tack work best compared with Flexi?

A: Fix ALL High Tack is designed for situations where you want the bond to grip hard from the moment you press the surfaces together. It has very high initial grab, making it ideal for heavy skirtings, claddings, stone sills, stair components, metal brackets, signage and other items that are awkward to support mechanically while the adhesive cures. It still cures to a flexible, durable bond like other Fix ALL products, but its strength is the early tack. You would typically use Flexi for general sealing and lighter bonding and bring in High Tack when the weight or geometry of the item makes instant grab more important.

Q: When is Fix ALL Turbo or TurboTack the better option?

A: Fix ALL Turbo is the rapid cure option in the range, used when you want strength to build very quickly so the joint can be put into service sooner. It develops strength from around twenty minutes, works in all weathers including on damp surfaces, and is often chosen for fast paced jobs where downtime is costly. TurboTack variants follow the same logic for rapid fixing with an emphasis on speed. If you can leave a bond supported for longer, Fix ALL Flexi or High Tack are fine, but if you need to move on quickly or remove supports the same day, Turbo is usually the better choice.

Q: What is Fix ALL X-Treme Power Express used for compared with High Tack?

A: Fix ALL X-Treme Power Express is aimed at the most demanding heavy duty bonding where both extreme initial tack and very fast strength build are required. It can deliver an initial tack quoted at around 400kg per square metre and reaches handling strength quickly, which is valuable for heavy panels, stone, structural trims and challenging overhead applications. High Tack already offers very strong grab for most work; X-Treme Power Express is for the jobs that push towards the limits of what a cartridge adhesive can do. If you routinely bond very heavy items or want additional safety margin on tough details, this is the Fix ALL grade to consider.

Q: Will Fix ALL stick to damp or slightly wet surfaces?

A: One of the advantages of Fix ALL hybrids is their ability to bond on many damp or slightly wet surfaces, which is a major step up from many traditional adhesives. Products such as Fix ALL Flexi, Crystal, High Tack, Turbo and more, are described as suitable on damp substrates and in humid environments, which helps when you are working outside or in bathrooms and kitchens where perfect dryness is difficult to achieve. There are still limits, so continuous immersion and standing water are not appropriate, but for real world damp and humidity, Fix ALL is much more forgiving than standard water based or solvent based alternatives.

Q: Can I use Fix ALL in bathrooms, kitchens and other sanitary areas?

A: Yes. Fix ALL Flexi and several other grades are formulated with fungicide and are suitable for many sanitary applications, including joints around baths, showers, sinks and worktops, as well as general bonding work in bathrooms and kitchens. They combine mould resistance, flexibility and strong adhesion on typical sanitary materials, with the added benefit of being paintable in some situations. In practice, many installers will use Fix ALL Flexi or Crystal Clear where a hybrid is preferred, and still keep a dedicated Silirub or Stay Fresh sanitary silicone for very wet or purely silicone based detailing if the specification calls for it.

Q: Is Soudal Fix ALL paintable once it has cured?

A: Most Fix ALL grades are paintable with many common water based paints once they have cured, which is one of the reasons hybrids are popular for internal and external trim work. This means you can bond and seal skirtings, architraves, panels and frames with Fix ALL then decorate over the joints for a seamless look. As with any paintable sealant or adhesive, it is sensible to test your chosen paint on a small area first, because gloss levels and drying times can vary. The individual product pages and data sheets confirm paint compatibility and any restrictions for each grade.

Q: Can Fix ALL be used outdoors and in movement joints?

A: Fix ALL is designed for internal and external use, with excellent resistance to weathering and UV when correctly applied. Flexi, High Tack, Turbo and X-Treme Power Express can all be used outdoors on suitable substrates, while Fix ALL Floor & Wall Adhesive is used on both internal and some external bonded floor and wall applications where an elastomeric adhesive bed is required. The products remain elastic after cure, so they tolerate normal building movement, but very large or heavily stressed movement joints may still be better served by dedicated joint sealants like Soudaseal or Soudaflex. Where in doubt, checking the joint dimensions against the data sheet is important.

Q: Can Fix ALL bond heavy items overhead or on vertical surfaces?

A: Yes, this is one of the Fix ALL range’s strong points. High Tack, X-Treme Power Express and Turbo are particularly suited to heavy vertical or overhead bonding because of their very high initial grab and rapid strength build. They help reduce or eliminate mechanical fixings and temporary supports in many jobs, although sensible support is still recommended while the adhesive cures, especially for very heavy items or safety critical components. For lighter trims and general work, Fix ALL Flexi is usually sufficient. Choosing the correct variant and following the recommended bead pattern and contact area is essential for a safe, long lasting bond.

Q: What is the difference between standard cartridges and Fix ALL foil packs?

A: Standard 290ml cartridges are familiar to most users and are ideal for everyday work with a standard sealant gun. Foil packs, such as the 600ml Fix ALL Flexi and Fix ALL Crystal Clear options, are used with a compatible foil gun and offer more material per pack with less plastic waste. They are especially popular with regular trade users because they reduce changeovers on larger jobs and cut down on empty cartridges to dispose of. The product inside is the same hybrid polymer; the choice is mainly about handling, waste, and how much material you typically use in a day.

Q: Why do you offer Fix ALL in Triple Packs as well as single cartridges?

A: Fix ALL Rewards Triple Packs are aimed at users who get through a lot of Fix ALL and want better value and convenient stocking. A good example is the Fix ALL High Tack Triple Pack, which gives you three cartridges in one purchase so you are less likely to run out mid job and can keep a consistent product across several tasks. Because High Tack, Crystal and other grades are true all rounders, many contractors prefer to keep multiple cartridges on hand, and the Triple Packs make that easier and more economical than buying one at a time.

Q: How does the Fix ALL Rewards scheme work with Triple Packs?

A: The Fix ALL Rewards Scheme allows you to collect rewards when you purchase participating Fix ALL products and promotional packs. At Platinum Chemicals this is closely linked with certain Triple Packs in the range, for example Fix ALL Crystal Triple Pack which highlights the rewards element on the product page. You buy the qualifying packs, follow the instructions provided with the promotion and then claim rewards directly through the Fix ALL Rewards scheme. It is designed to give regular Fix ALL users something extra back on the products they are already using on site.

Q: Can I mix Fix ALL with other Soudal sealants and adhesives on the same job?

A: Yes, many installers successfully combine Fix ALL with other Soudal products, but you should treat each interface sensibly. It is common, for example, to use Fix ALL Flexi, High Tack or Turbo for most bonding and general sealing and then bring in a dedicated Silirub or Stay Fresh sanitary silicone for some pure bathroom joints, or a specialist floor or roofing sealant where the specification calls for it. Where Fix ALL will overlap or sit on top of another sealant or adhesive, it is always wise to carry out a small compatibility test and to follow the advice on each product’s data sheet.
