Thor Helical Remedial Epoxy Resin is a Two Component, Solvent Free, Thixotropic, Pure Epoxy Resin System, formulated for bonding or anchoring most building materials, such as brick, stone, steel, mortar and timber.
Once cured, the Epoxy Resin creates a strong, stress free joint regardless of the surrounding environment.
Supplied in 400ml Cartridges (2 x 200ml Twin Cartridge) Complete with Mixer Nozzle.
Thor Helical Remedial Epoxy Resin is a two component epoxy resin system, formulated for bonding or anchoring most building materials, such as brick, stone, steel, mortar and timber.
Thor Helical Remedial Epoxy Resin is colour coded for visual assurance that the two components are completely mixed. The resin is solvent free, thixotropic and cures in cold, damp conditions.
Thor Helical Remedial Epoxy Resin is applied using a Two Component (Side-by-side Cartridge) Application Gun.
Suitable for application into areas which are both dry, wet and located in contact with water.
Useful for re-bonding cracks in masonry walls.
Nozzle mixes the two compounds as you apply.
Colour coded to ensure components are completely mixed.
Method of Application cuts cleaning to a minimum.
Tensile Strength: 35 Mpa (at 20°C).
Flexural Strength: 30 Mpa (at 20°C).
Compressive Strength: 60 Mpa (at 20°C).

Prior to the application of Thor Epoxy Resin all surfaces must be free from dust, oil, rust and grease.
Any loose materials must be removed back to a sound surface.
Mixing takes place in a static spiral mixer, which delivers the mixed product to the required surface.
Extrude Thor Epoxy Resin onto a surface until a consistent non-streaky colour is achieved.
Thor Epoxy Resin has no waste apart from the mixed product in the nozzle, which will stay workable for a minimum of 15 minutes.
This time can vary depending upon the working temperature.
