Soudal | Fire Rated Silicone Sealant
Soudal Fire Silicone B1 FR is a Neutral Cure, FIRE RATED Silicone Sealant which can be applied on to all common construction materials including glass, plastics, masonry substrates, metals and wood.
Supplied in 310ml Cartridges, in White colour only.
Soudal Fire Silicone B1 FR is Solvent Free and Virtually Odourless with Primerless adhesion on all common construction materials (i.e glass, plastics, masonry substrates, metals and wood). High movement capability. Resistant to UV, rain, ozone and many chemicals.
Soudal Fire Silicone B1 FR Conforms to all international standards including CE Marking.
Soudal Fire Silicone B1 FR Conforms to the DIN4102 B1 standard for fire retardancy and has a fire rating of up to 4 hours in certain joint configurations (EN 1366 Part 4 NN713.020 – BS 476/20).

For use in External and Internal Passive Fire Systems as an Elastic Joint Sealant.
Installation of Fire Retardant Window and Door Frames.
For use in Fire Retardant Expansion and Connection Joints, and Penetration Seals.
Surfaces should be clean, dry, free of dust and grease.
Porous substrates should be primed with Soudal Primer 150. Soudal Surface Activator will improve adhesion on smooth surfaces.
We recommend a preliminary compatibility test.
Application Method: With a manual or pneumatic caulking gun. Finish with spatula or filling knife.
Cleaning: Clean uncured product with a white spirit immediately after use.
Finishing: With a soapy solution or Soudal Finishing Solution before skinning.
Repair: With the same material
Minimum Width for Joints: 5mm
Maximum Width for Joints: 30mm
Recommendation Sealing Jobs: Joint Width = 2 x Joint Depth.
