Soudal | Expanding Foam
Soudal B2 Fire Rated Expanding Foam is an easy to use Polyurethane Expanding Foam Filler with a B2 Fire Rating. A Foam Applicator Gun is required for application of Soudal B2 Fire Rated Expanding Foam.
Supplied in 750ml Aerosol Gun Grade Cannisters.
Soudal B2 Fire Rated Expanding Foam is an easy to use, one component, Polyurethane B2 Fire Rated Expanding Foam Filler.
Soudal B2 Fire Rated Expanding Foam is rapid curing with excellent thermal and acoustic insulation properties. Expands 30 to 40 times it's initial volume.
Soudal B2 Fire Rated Expanding Foam has primerless adhesion on most construction materials and is used specifically where a DIN 4102 B2 Fire Class is required.

Application Temperatures: +5°C to +30°C
Shake the aerosol can for at least 20 seconds. Attach the can onto the Applicator Gun. Surface should be free from grease and dust.
Moisten surfaces with a water sprayer prior to application.
For non-conventional substrates a preliminary adhesion test is recommended.
Fill holes and cavities approximately ¾ full as the foam will expand.
Repeat shaking regularly during application.
If you have to work in layers repeat moistening after each layer. Fresh foam can be removed using Soudal Gun & Foam Cleaner or acetone.
Cured foam can only be removed mechanically or with Cured PU Foam Remover. Never burn away cured foam.
Take the usual labour hygiene into account.
