This remote sensor automatically measures the level of Carbon Dioxide within the property and wirelessly commands the unit in the loft to adjust the volume of airflow, in order to expel any rise of this pollutant in the home.

Product Features:

  • Automated Technology: PIV Units receives a signal from the Nuaire DRI-ECO-CO2 and intelligently boosts the fan speed to provide additional ventilation when levels above the set level are measured to maintain a healthy living environment for the occupant.

  • Wireless Controls: The compatible PIV units are controlled via radio frequency, therefore no unsightly wires are visible within the home.

  • Extremely Low Power Consumption: Mains powered to ensure the sensor never fails to continually measure the CO2 within the property.

  • LED Display: This has an energy saving mode and will only indicate the CO2 levels within the home when the indent button is pressed.

  • Easy Installation: Switch comes with adhesive tape pre-fitted on the back or the option to screw to the wall if desired.

Technical Specifications:

The Nuaire DRI-ECO-CO2 must be wired into the mains supply of the property, to ensure the sensor is never left without power providing complete confidence in the property’s air quality.

2. How do I bind the CO2 sensor to the fan unit?

To bind the Carbon dioxide sensor to the fan unit:

  • Ensure the fan unit is powered on.
  • Press and hold both the UP and DOWN buttons for 20-30 seconds, then release.
  • Press "down" to enter binding mode (binding mode lasts for 5 minutes), indicated by a flashing ‘b’ on the display.

3. How do I set the sensor set point for triggering the fan speed?

  • To set the sensor set point, press and hold the indent button until the status indication LED flashes BLUE/RED.
  • Release the button, and press it to cycle through allowed values.
  • Press and hold to confirm the choice.

4. What do the indicator LED colours signify?

The LED colours on the sensors and switches convey important information:

Green light: Communication between the sensor or switch and the fan unit is taking place.
Red light: No communication is occurring, and binding may be required.
