As the festive season approaches, we want to let all customers know our Christmas closure schedule for 2025/26. A bit of forward planning now will help ensure your orders are delivered in good time before we take a well-earned break.
Please take note of the key dates below.
Christmas Closure Dates
Platinum Chemicals will close on Friday 19th December 2025 at 1:00pm and will reopen on Monday 5th January 2026. During this period, our office and warehouse will be closed and no orders will be processed or dispatched.
Order Processing and Delivery Schedule
To help you plan your orders, here is our final order and delivery schedule:

Orders placed BEFORE 12:00 noon on Friday 19th December 2025: Orders received by 12:00 noon on Friday 19th December will be processed and dispatched the same day. Courier deliveries are expected to be attempted on Monday 22nd December or Tuesday 23rd December 2025, subject to courier schedules and pre-Christmas volumes.

Orders placed after 12:00 noon on Friday 19th December 2025: Orders placed after 12:00 noon on Friday 19th December will be processed and dispatched when we reopen on Monday 5th January 2026. Deliveries for these orders are expected to arrive on Tuesday 6th January or Wednesday 7th January 2026, depending on courier performance and stock availability.
Tips for a Smooth Holiday Ordering Experience
To avoid disruption to your projects during the festive period, we recommend:

Order early where possible, ideally well before the 12:00 noon cut-off on 19th December.

If timing is critical, check stock availability and typical transit times before placing your order.

If you are unsure about stock, lead times or delivery to your area contact our customer service team before the closure and we will advise.
