Sovereign Deepkill is a deep penetrating 'mayonnaise' type Woodworm and Wood Rot Treatment Paste which is used for the eradication and prevention of attack by wood boring insects and for the prevention of attack by wood rotting fungi (Dry Rot and Wet Rot) des in areas where deep penetration is required.
Supplied in 5 Litre Buckets.

Sovereign Deepkill is a deep penetrating cream emulsion timber treatment, perfect for use on thick sectioned timbers, which can also be used on all types of timbers including floorboards, roofing timbers and furniture.
Sovereign Deepkill will eradicate and protect against wood-rotting fungi and wood boring insects.
On Application, the cream penetrates into the timber carrying the active ingredients deep below the surface, quickly eliminating existing attack and preserving the timber.

Sovereign Deepkill can be used on all types of soft and hard wood. Particularly useful for thick sectioned timber such as floor joists and roof supports, especially timber fixed into wall sockets that are not protected with a membrane.
Timber once treated with Deepkill is suitable for receiving decorative coatings such as paints and stains, as on drying no residue will remain.
Permethrin 0.35% w/w: A commonly used Pyrethroid Insecticide which has excellent efficacy against a wide range of wood boring insects.
Propiconazole 0.85% w/w: A Triazole Fungicide which has excellent efficacy against a range of wood destroying fungi.
IPBC (3-Iodo-2-Propynyl Butyl Carbamate) 0.40%: A Carbamate Fungicide which is added to improve the efficacy envelope even further providing excellent efficacy against a range of wood staining fungi.

Wood should be clean and free from wood dust and other contaminants, paint, varnish, oil etc.
Sovereign Deepkill can be applied by Brush, Palette Knife or Injection.
If injection, gun beads of Deepkill at 3” (75 mm) centres onto the timber. This is especially useful for large cross section timber.
For thin-sectioned timber apply as required with a brush etc.
Care should be taken to prevent contamination of adjacent plaster.
Sovereign Deepkill is applied at a rate of 1.25m² by Brush, or at a rate of 30Kg/m³ by Injection.
Unprotected persons and animals should be kept away from treated surfaces until dry.
Product does not have a finish once dry. It is always advisable to try on a small inconspicuous area before application to ensure product finish is as expected.
