Soudafoam SMX is an Environmentally Friendly, SMX Polymer Based Expanding Foam
Soudafoam SMX is Isocyanate Free and is very easy to use with excellent thermal and acoustic insulation properties. Soudafoam SMX has primerless adhesion on most construction materials.
100% Safe to use
Environmentally Friendly
Manufactured using SMX Polymer Technology, instead of Polyurethane which is used to manufacture most other Expanding Foams.
Freon Free (Not Harmless to Ozone Layer and Greenhouse Effect)
Isocyanate Free
Good adhesion on most substrates (except PTFE, PE and PP).
High insulation value, thermal and acoustic.
Good filling capacities.
Excellent stability (no shrink or post expansion).
Very good bonding properties.
Installing of Window and Door Frames.
Filling of Cavities.
Sealing of all Openings in Roof Constructions.
Apply of an Acoustic Baffle
Improving Thermal Isolation in Cooling Systems.

Shake the aerosol can for at least 20 seconds then fix the adaptor nozzle onto the valve.
Moisten surfaces with a water sprayer prior to application.
For non-conventional substrates a preliminary adhesion test is recommended.
Fill holes and cavities approximately ⅓ full as the foam will expand.
Repeat shaking regularly during application.
If you have to work in layers repeat moistening after each layer. Fresh foam can be removed using Soudal Gun & Foam Cleaner or acetone.
Cured foam can only be removed mechanically or with Cured PU Foam Remover. Never burn away cured foam.
Take the usual labour hygiene into account.
Always wear gloves and goggles during application. See our Safety & PPE Products.
