Soudal | Acrylic Polymer Sealant
Soudal Acryrub SWS is an Airtight, Premium Quality, Highly Elastic Acrylic Polymer Sealant and Filler which is solvent free, virtually odourless and very easy to apply. Soudal Acryrub SWS is part of the ‘Soudal Window Systems’ - SWS.
Supplied in 310ml Cartridges, available in White colour only.
Soudal Acryrub SWS is colourfast and waterproof after curing. It can also be painted over after cure. Very good adhesion on many porous surfaces. Very low emissions - EC-1R PLUS Label.

Very good adhesion on many porous substrates, hard PVC and aluminium
Airtight joints between plastered walls and window frames.
Interior joints around window frames with a maximum movement capacity of 25%.
Connection joints in building industry.
Joints on window sills, between plinths and walls, between masonry etc.
Surfaces should be clean, dry, free of dust and grease.
Highly porous surfaces should be primed with a suitable primer.
Not suitable for use on natural stone, bitumen, glass and metal.
We recommend a preliminary adhesion test on every surface.
Application Method: With Caulking Gun.
Cleaning: Clean uncured product with a water immediately after use.
Finishing: Spray with a Soapy Solution before skinning, then use Soudaglatt Smoothing Tool to finish.
Repair: With the same material
Coverage of any sealant product varies depending on Joint Width and Joint Depth.

Minimum Width for Joints: 5 mm
Maximum Width for Joints: 20 mm
Minimum Depth for Joints: 5 mm
Recommendation Sealing Jobs: Joint Width = Joint Depth.
Do not use in applications where continuous water immersion is possible.
Paintable with most paints.
The paint must be sufficiently elastic to allow application on a plasto-elastic sealant.
Given the great diversity in available paints it is recommended to do a compatibility test prior to application
