Soudafix P300-SF Polyester Chemical Anchor Resin - Styrene Free

Presenting Soudafix P300-SF, a polyester-based chemical anchor resin that is both commendable in quality and performance. It is primarily used for the efficient, stress-free anchoring of fixtures such as threaded rods, studs, reinforcing bars and profiles in a broad spectrum of solid and hollow materials like uncracked concrete, aerated concrete, solid or hollow brick, porous concrete, natural stone, and plasterboard walls, among others. Soudafix P300-SF is an innovative solution that is styrene-free, ensuring minimal odour during its application - a feature that ensures a comfortable working environment.

Available in two sizes, 280ml and 410ml, these cartridges are designed for easy use and application. The 280ml cartridges can conveniently be applied using a standard caulking gun, making it an easy fit for most construction situations. The impressive curing speed of the Soudafix P300-SF, combined with its ability to be used in overhead applications and even in wet boreholes, sets it apart as a game-changer in the building and construction industry.

What makes Soudafix P300-SF even more reliable is the fact that it is European Technical Assessment approved (ETA 11/0447 based on ETAG 001 Part 1 and 5 and ETA 13/0064 based on ETAG 029), ensuring its competent use in uncracked concrete and masonry applications respectively. The cartridge is reusable by simply exchanging the static mixer, leading to an efficient, cost-saving product.

Product Benefits:

  • Easy to Use and Apply: Soudafix P300-SF eliminates complicated steps in the application, making it a quick and straight-forward process.

  • Applicability with Standard Caulking Gun: The 280ml Cartridges of Soudafix P300-SF can be seamlessly used with a standard caulking gun, improving the convenience of application.

  • Fast Curing: The quick setting nature of the resin allows for speedy project completion, improving productivity and efficiency.

  • Low Odour: With the elimination of styrene, it ensures a healthier and more pleasant working environment.

  • Wide Application Area: Its versatile formulation allows use even in wet boreholes and overhead applications, broadening its range of use and ensuring solutions for various complex situations.

  • Re-usable Cartridge: The cartridge can be reused by merely exchanging the static mixer, translating into cost savings and waste reduction.

  • Ideal for anchoring in Hollow Brick: When used in combination with sleeves, it works perfectly for anchoring in hollow bricks.

  • Watertight and Impermeable Fixing: It provides a solid, watertight and impermeable fixing, ensuring the longevity and strength of the anchoring system.

  • Approved Quality Standards: It is ETA 11/0447 and ETA 13/0064 Certified, attesting to its suitability for application in uncracked concrete and masonry.

Typical Applications:

  • Securing Heavy Loads: Soudafix P300-SF excels in securing heavy loads in various solid and hollow building materials, enhancing structural stability.

  • Pressure-Free Anchoring: It allows for pressure-free anchoring, even close to edges, significantly reducing the risk of material fractures and making it an ideal choice for precision-based anchoring tasks.

Application Method:

  • Drill hole at recommended depth.

  • Clean drill hole with brush and air pump thoroughly.

  • Screw static mixer onto cartridge.

  • Dispense the first 10 cm of the product to waste (on piece of cardboard) until an even colour (dark grey) is achieved, and the product is well mixed.

  • Solid stone: Fill the drill hole from bottom up.

  • Hollow brick: Insert sleeve and fill it bottom up, so that the resin is pressed through the tiny holes of the sleeve.

  • Insert anchoring rod with twisting left-right motion.

  • Inspect the drill hole for adequate filling.

  • Observe hardening time. Don’t move the anchoring rod during curing.

  • Leave the excess of product to cure as well.
