Everbuild Opti-Mix Mortar Plasticiser
Everbuild Opti-Mix Mortar Plasticiser is a highly concentrated air entraining liquid plasticising admixture which improves the workability of mortar as it forms extremely stable air bubbles in mortar mixes. This gives the mortar mixes a 'buttery' consistency and helps prevent shrinkage, cracking, crazing and mild frost damage during the curing process.

Everbuild Opti-Mix Mortar Plasticiser
Everbuild Opti-Mix Mortar Plasticiser is a highly concentrated air entraining liquid plasticising admixture which is 25 times the strength of conventional products.
Everbuild Opti-Mix Mortar Plasticiser forms extremely stable air bubbles in mortar mixes.
This improves the workability of mortar, giving it a “buttery” consistency and helps prevent shrinkage, cracking, crazing and mild frost damage during the curing process, as well as providing long term resistance to freeze / thaw cycles.
Everbuild Opti-Mix Mortar Plasticiser replaces lime in the mix and hence reduces the chance of efflorescence (salt formation) and smoothes out variations between separate batches of sand and cement.
Everbuild Opti-Mix Mortar Plasticiser is used for the following applications:

Application Method:
Shake bottle well before use. Push the lid downwards and twist anti-clockwise to remove. Squeeze the sides of the bottle to fill the measuring cup to the required dose (5-10ml per 50kg of cement).
Add Opti-Mix Mortar Plasticiser to a bucket of water and stir / mix well (use up to a maximum 10ltrs of water).
Dry mix all other ingredients and add sufficient quantities of water / Opti-Mix Mortar Plasticiser solution until the desired consistency is achieved.
Never add Opti-Mix Mortar Plasticiser directly to the dry mix, always let down into a portion of gauging water. Replace cap after use.
Limitations:

Do not use in structural concrete.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage rate range.

Do not mix with other additives in same gauging water.

Do not use in lime based mixes
