Soudal Primer 150 is a high quality liquid-based primer for use on porous surfaces prior to using a sealant based on Silicone (i.e Silirub LMN, Silirub 2, Silirub A etc...), or Hybrid Polymer (i.e any Soudaseal or Fix All Product).

Soudal Primer 150 should NOT be used with Polyurethane Based Sealants (i.e Soudaflex 40FC), use Soudal Primer 100 instead.

Soudal Primer 150 is a high quality liquid-based primer for use on porous surfaces.

Soudal Primer 150 is intended for use on porous surfaces prior to using a sealant sealant based on Silicone (i.e Silirub LMN, Silirub 2, Silirub A etc...), or Hybrid Polymer (i.e any Soudaseal or Fix All Product).

Soudal Primer 150 should NOT be used in conjunction with Polyurethane-Based Sealants, see Soudal Primer 100.

Product Benefits:

Typical Applications:

  • Priming of expansion joint surfaces.

  • Priming of joint surfaces of porous materials with high water exposure.

Surface Preparation:

Surfaces should be clean, dry, free of dust and grease.

Soudal Primer 150 can be used on all porous building substrates.

Application Method:

  • Application Method: Apply with brush or roller in one full covering layer. The sealant should be applied between 1 hour (minimum) and 4 hours (maximum) after application of Soudal Primer 150.

  • Cleaning: Uncured primer may be cleaned with White Spirit immediately after use.

Remarks:

  • If the maximum waiting time has passed before application (4 hours), apply a new layer of Primer 150.

  • Do not store at high temperatures (i.e above 25°C) as this can affect the shelf life of the product.
