Many walls, roofs, pathways and drives are contaminated by organic growth (lichen, moss etc), dirt and grime especially on north elevations and near trees.
The removal of this organic growth, dirt and grime without affecting the stone, slate, render or brickwork enhances the appearance of the property.
Organic growth on paths, walkways, forecourts and patios causes slippery surfaces which can be a danger to residents, particularly the elderly.
Platinum Moss & Algae Cleaner is a specially formulated concentrated blend of powerful detergents and cleaners for removing surface organic growth, dirt and grime from most surfaces.

Application
- For use on walking areas - Paths, Patios, Driveways and Forecourts

- For use on timber - Fencing, Gates, Sheds
Dilute 1 part concentrate with 4 parts water. Apply to surface to be cleaned by watering can or by low volume spray.
Apply in dry conditions at a rate of approximately 3-6 sq metres per litre (this will vary depending on the porosity and condition of the substrate) and leave to take effect. Ensure any debris such as leaves, twigs, loose soil or weeds are removed from surfaces to be treated prior to application.
After applying simply leave for 1 to 3 days and the green growth will slowly disappear (similar to the way weed killers work). On heavily soiled surfaces a second application may be required. For extra thick layers of surface contaminants remove by scraping and brushing before application.
Do not apply if rain is imminent or expected within 6 hours.

Approximately 3-6mē per litre of diluted product.
