Product Description

Microtech Wood Preservatives can be used to deal with all remedial timber treatment situations.

Microtech Dual contains the well known triazole fungicide propiconazole and 3-lodo-2- propynyl-butyl carbamate, giving a general purpose treatment for insect attack and to protect timbers at risk from fungal decay (dry rot / wet rot) during a drying period following the elimination of sources of moisture. Manufactured under a quality system complying with BS EN ISO 9001:2000.

Microtech Dual is also based on the pyrethroid insecticide permethrin; for the prevention and eradication of Common Furniture Beetle (Anobium punctatum) and other wood boring insects in building timbers. Permethrin’s well known effectiveness as a remedial insecticide is enhanced even further by the special properties of our microemulsion system allowing optimum pesticide dosing (synergistic action).
