Delivery
We use couriers for all our deliveries, a signature will be required.
If possible please provide a contact telephone number for courier.
Free delivery is offered for mainland UK subject to our minimum order value.
Orders received before 2pm will be despatched the same day
If an item ordered is out of stock we will notify you immediately with a date for delivery or offer an alternative product of equal or higher value at the same cost. Alternatively we can refund you in full.
We are happy to deliver to a site address. Please provide a contact telephone number for courier.
Any deliveries outside UK mainland are charged at cost, please contact us for details.
All orders for products containing insecticides/pesticides or fungicides will incur a levy charged by HSE MAFF; this will be shown on your invoice.
Conditions of Sale
Title of goods
Title of goods will not pass to the purchaser until they are paid in full.
Prices
All goods are sold at prices ruling at date of order. VAT is charged at the standard rate.
Returns
All returned items will require prior written agreement.
All goods should be returned no later than 14 days of receipt of order.
Correctly supplied goods may be subject to a handling charge of 10% of the total value of goods plus any carriage charges.
Claims
Any claims for shortages, damages or loss of goods must be advised in writing within 7 days of receipt of order.
Non-delivery must be advised in writing within 7 days of receipt of invoice.
