Product Description
A one part, solvent-free, fast setting, moisture curing polyurethane thixotropic gel specially formulated for water-resistant bonding and fast setting (BSEN204 D4 Classification).
Polyurethane Wood Adhesive Gel can be used in joinery and carpentry, for bonding garden furniture, staircases, boats, wooden constructions, sandwich panels and insulation materials. It has excellent adhesion to wood, chipboard, laminate, metals, polyurethane, expanded and extruded polystyrene foams, mineral wool, concrete, stone, bricks, gypsum boards and all traditional porous substrates. It is also an ideal adhesive for fixing carpet grippers and stair nosings. This product is seawater proof and is resistant to acid and chemicals.

Application
Carefully cut the tip of the cartridge taking care not to damage the threaded area. Screw on the nozzle supplied and cut to an angle of 45°.
Apply using a standard sealant gun to one of the substrates, or to both if the materials are porous.
Assemble immediately (within 5 minutes) and clamp for about 40 minutes. The product will foam slightly on application to fill any small gaps.
Clean away any residue immediately with a dilute cleaning solution, do not allow to set.
